I contacted couple of realtor to see the house that I recently bought but they never responded me back and my friend gave me Teodoras no. I texted her and she immediately responded me back and next day we went to see the house and I really liked. She explained me everything to proceed and provide me all the information thoroughly from top to bottom. Long story short, she is very knowledgeable, helpful and responsiveness. I would definitely recommend (200%)to go with Teodora if you wanna buy house. I would have given 10 stars if I was able to give.

I think the main reason that all her reviews are 5 star, is that she treats you like her one and only client. Your concerns are her concerns, and she works incredibly hard and has a lot of experience to make things go smoothly and the way that you want. She walked me through the process, explaining to me step by step what to expect and what would occur. She was always there and available to answer my questions, no matter the time. In addition, she has good professional contacts in the area. Given that this was my first home, I wanted a judge, not a salesman. Teodora was very objective and critical of every house we saw. She encouraged me to move quickly when I found a house I liked. But, she was never pushy or overbearing, and ultimately let me make my own decisions. She always answers with prompt responses. She negotiated the best deal for me at the price I wanted. She is extremely dedicated and VERY knowledgeable. She made sure the seller brought his house up to code. The sellers agent tried every trick in the book so the seller didnt have to fix a crack his porch. Teodora wasnt fooled and went to city hall numerous times to make sure the repairs would be done and seller and their agent were doing business in good faith. As I said she is very knowledgeable we did a private inspection to the house and the actual seller walked in on us at the end and was asking Teodora questions because according to him his agent was giving him misinformation. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!
