ZillowVERIFIED Teodora is great. She sold our home in Berkeley, fast. I live out of state and she did an amazing job, going above and beyond. She also sold my first home in 2013 in Melrose Park. Highly recommended!

ZillowVERIFIED Teodora is extremely thorough and knowledgeable with the Real Estate Market and transaction. She took the extra time to explain the home buying and selling process as we were going through and that cut down on our stress a lot! She was able to get us a great price on our home which we had lived in for many years. We had originally listed with a big-name Real Estate company, but it felt like we weren't getting anywhere and that they really didn't listen to what we had to say or what we wanted. So, we looked to Teodora and her team, and were pleasantly surprised every step of the way. Teodora worked hard and delivered results in a short timeframe! When it was time to buy a home once ours was finally under contract Teodora and her team made sure everything was planned out and ready for our bid. We were a bit picky with what we wanted and didn't think we would find something even thinking we were going to have to rent for a while but Teodora went above and beyond our expectations to find us the home of our dreams! Thank you, Teodora we will definitely be recommending you to friends and family! If we ever need to buy and sell again we are calling you first! :)

ZillowVERIFIED Teodora was very helpful and patient through out the entire process. My wife and I had dealt with a couple of realtors that didnt really work out and Teodora was the perfect choice! Not pushy and offered her own opinions of the houses we viewed. All around great service from a knowledgeable agent! I would definitely do business with Teodora if I plan to sell and purchase another home. Thank you very much for helping my family finally set some roots down!

ZillowVERIFIED So we bought our first home recently with Teodora. This was during covid-19 as well so the process was extra enduring. She was very responsive and quick to answer questions or get us the information she needed. She was very available to meet with us on our busy (9 to 5 M-F) schedules. She met us on weekends and evenings. She would always let us know if a location became contingent before we saw it as well. She was very polite (to us and polite to the property we were seeing). She was punctual (which is impressive considering we took her to all around the west and north suburbs). She recommended a GREAT home inspector who taught us a ton about the first home we made an offer on (and thankfully didnt buy), and eventually the property we fell in love with. She didnt bombard us with emails of listings (which i appreciate after having other agents ignore your specifics and sending you listings above your range), but she was always available for us. I never felt like I would miss out on a place because my agent wasnt available to show it.

ZillowVERIFIED A few months ago I was looking for a building to purchase. I called many realstate agents and no one was available the way I needed them to be. I was looking for a home for my children since we basically had nothing due to a separation. Teadora Choneva was the listing agent for a building that seemed interesting so I called her. She studied the property before meeting us providing current comps in the area, verified taxes, and was very knowledgeable of the area. Teadora was so friendly, so easy to talk to, and never pressure me. She spoke to lenders and utilized all her resources to help me get out of the situation I was in. The market did not have much inventory so she reached out to her previous costumers and found me the building of my dreams. A property that it?s in great conditions and is so beautiful! After she found me the right property she continuously checked in not only with me but with the seller, brokers and attorneys ensuring my transaction ran smoothly. Because she thought outside the box and utilized her close connections she made my dreams come true and now my little family and I have a place to call our own! No other realtor came close to the kid of personal attention I received from Teadora. Teadora you changed my life! And for that I will forever be grateful! If you guys are looking for a true professional, a person with a lot of energy, very knowledgeable then please reach out to Teadora ChonevaI! I highly recommend her!
