Tena listed our house on a Wednesday and we had a contract that Sunday. She is very knowledgeable and hardworking for her clients. I just wish I could relocate her to Texas to help find a house. I have to admit I am a bit biased when it comes to Tena which is why you will never see less than five stars from me. Tena has bought and sold every house I have been involved with for the last 20 years and that has been quite a few - both personally and professionally. Tena is knowledgeable, and professional but what I love most about Tena is that she is honest. She will tell you what she truly believes and will guide you based on her years of experience. I have been working with Danny and Katie Thomas with Tena Myers & Associates to find a new home. I first requested information about a property on Zillow around 9:00 p.m. on a Friday night. At approximately 9:30 p.m. that same night, I received a call from Danny apologizing profusely that he would not be able to provide me with any information due to some internet issues. I didn't expect a call before Monday, much less on a Friday night. Danny was true to his word and called back at the exact time we had agreed upon. He and Katie have been very good to provide me with potential properties to look at. I have been very pleased that they are very diligent to point out problems with a property that I had not have even noticed. They have made me feel like they have my best interest in mind regardless of how long it takes. I have heard people say that realtors will push into a property to make a quick sale and are only in it for the money. Danny and Katie never made me feel that way. I have been more than pleased with their services. Just a side note: the same night I requested information that prompted contact from Danny, I requested information on three properties in the Hattiesburg, MS area. No one ever contacted me concerning those properties.
