Teila helped us purchase our 1st home in 2016. Fast forward to 2021,we decided that we were ready for our forever home so of course we called Teila! She helped us put our townhouse on the market and helped us navigate the process of finding our new home during such a crazy time in the housing market. We had several obstacles that we had to get through, but Teila never let us give up. She let us scream & cry it out when we needed to, but she did not let us just settle for anything! We kept on looking and eventually found a house that was just for us!!! During this process Teila was always reachable and very much involved in the entire process. Ashley Thorne was amazing and I would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to purchase a home. In addition to her being knowledgeable, she was always kind and professional. I could also tell she really cared and wanted the very best for me and my daughter. During the home buying process, I put an offer in on a house too quickly. The offer was accepted almost immediately and I started having second thoughts due to safety concerns. Ashley acted quickly and although the sellers wanted to still collect an emd, Ashley aggressively negotiated and I only ended up having to pay for inspection (at an extremely discounted price thanks to Ashley & her connects)!Ashley was always available to visit homes. She never got irritated or annoyed by my many phone calls, text messages, indecisiveness or stupid questions. Lol. Seriously, you wouldve thought she worked at Chik-Fil-A because she answered every thank you with aEURoemy pleasure.aEUR?
