ZillowVERIFIED Ted helped me very much in all aspects of getting the property selected and financed. Zillow, however, make it very difficult to get reviews done where a person is not very talkative to the extent, they would like a reviewer to be. One hundred and fifty words is a lot of work to require a reviewer to say in order to submit a review,

ZillowVERIFIED This is the second home Ted has gotten sold for us. Couldn't ask for a better realtor. He advised us on any repairs/replacements needed before the sale which seemed to speed up the selling process. Had an offer above listing price (which we accepted) only a few days after the property was initially advertised.

ZillowVERIFIED Ted was wonderful to work with. Before I was one hundred percent sure that I was ready to sell he took time to speak with about the pros and cons of selling and answered all questions I had so that I was confident in my decision to sell. I never felt pressured to make decisions or go with offers I had concerns about. I also appreciated that he organized things around my work schedule and was always available via text and email. Overall it was an easy and frustration free experience.

ZillowVERIFIED Ted was professional and very knowledgeable, especially regarding real estate prices in our area. He did a great job of presenting our home online. Ted listed the home on a Friday evening and we had 3 offers on that Sunday. We accepted one of those and closed on 8/16, less than a month from listing. He also kept us informed throughout the process on what would happen and when. We highly recommend Ted Trawick to anyone looking for a great realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED Ted did a wonderful job of helping us to sell my dads house after his passing. He worked quickly but caringly throughout the entire process. He had local recommendations for people to do work around the house, he even meet workers at the house for us because we couldnt be there. It kept us informed about buyers with weekly calls, emails and text messages. Ted was wonderful to work with and I would strongly recommend him to help anyone find or sell a home.

ZillowVERIFIED Ted provided me with great expertise and support. He answered many, many questions, guided and helped me interface with inspectors, the finance company, the HOA, and the title company. He paid attention to what I was looking for and helped lead me to my home that fits me well. I felt that he not only cared about the sale, but also about me which helped make a stressful process much less stressful.

ZillowVERIFIED My wife and I sold our home with Mr. Trawick and were extremely satisfied with every aspect from the initial meeting to the signing at closing. Ted was professional, polite, and respectful, and we felt as if we were given equal attention and time, even though our property was on the lower-end of the sales spectrum. He always keep us up-to-date throughout the process, and was patient with all of our inquiries and questions when we had a delay in our closing to an issue with the buyer selling their home. He really went above and beyond and we would gladly recommend him and would use him again if needed.

ZillowVERIFIED Ted is very proactive and sold my house quickly. He offered suggestions regarding how to write the listing that I found helpful. He kept in touch with me regarding the showings including comments that were made. The only thing he forgot to tell me was that I could port my homestead exemption. The realtor I used to purchase a new home gave me that information. Possibly it is information he gives buyers, not sellers. Overall I feel he did a good job. Bonita Link

ZillowVERIFIED We highly recommend Ted Trawick! He has earned many more than 5 stars from us! He is TRUSTworthy, extremely knowledgeable, patient (with me--a newbie to the world of home sales), hard-working, and very detailed where it counts. When we hit a little glitch, he was quite resourceful and creative in how to move forward, and did not stop until we found success! He listens, he will be honest with you, he is well-connected and very respected in the area. He is the guy!!

ZillowVERIFIED We would have liked more verbal communication from Ted. It is hard being out of state and somewhat out of the loop. Ted always answered my e-mails promptly. We really liked the way he handled all the paperwork. It was easy for us. We were also given a discount for Jacks service in the Guards, we appreciated that.

ZillowVERIFIED Ted is both an exceptional realtor and a tremendous person ! My husband and I are seniors and we?re relocating from NV to Mt Dora area of FL . As we were unfamiliar with the area we found Ted to be extremely knowledgeable and responsive not only about the geographical area but about financial options and restrictions . He quite frankly intervened and used his knowledge to prevent us from obtaining a predatory loan . He is kind, patient and resourceful. Ted?s knowledge of comps stepped up and let us know a home was overpriced by 30,000.! Even though we ended up not relocating to that area due to my husband?s allergies Ted connected and made sure we were well taken are of ! We highly reccomend Ted and thank him so much for all of his amazing help!

He had very helpful suggestions as we prepared our house to sell. He knew the market in our area and correctly predicted how quickly the house would sell. We had good offers within a week of listing and the sale closed only 12 days after the contract was signed! I highly recommend Ted. Hell make you feel confident throughout the process.

He was patient with us over the 2 years we were looking for the perfect home, and always responded immediately to any questions I had, whether it was to look at a property, obtain further information on a property. He was just wonderful to work with. He is very knowledgeable, and even offered additional information that saved us several hundrend dollars on the insurance of the home we purchased in April. He is an asset to the real estate profession.

ZillowVERIFIED Ted was wonderful. We were 1st time home buyers, he went above and beyond our expectations. He wasnt pushy, which was a huge plus for us. Hes a very honest, genuine person. He always answered our calls, text or emails right away. If not for Ted and his expertise Im sure we wouldnt be in our home today. When we first started looking we were worried about the entire process. Teds recommendations put us in touch with just the right people. Once we had our approval, Ted found us the perfect home... Just as it went on the market. He even met us on a Saturday morning so we could get our offer in. We were signing our contract that evening. Thanks to Ted we are now in our dream home. We even went from contract to close in 29 days. Thank you Ted for everything. I highly recommend Ted and will send anyone looking for a home to him.

ZillowVERIFIED We purchased our new home in February 2017. We had been doing an exhaustive search and came upon a listing for one of Teds listings. I cold called him and with very little notice met us at 7pm that evening to tour his property. We were sold. Ted went ABOVE and BEYOND on that first night and impressed us throughout our purchase process. Ted was always communicative and honest. He was prompt and respectful. He had great knowledge of the surrounding area and if he didnt know an answer immediately he quickly did the research and supplied it. He was available via phone, email and text. He was a great gentlemen. We closed on our beautiful home in less than 30 days. We could not have done it without Ted.

ZillowVERIFIED Ted is very patient and has a calm mannerism. He went to several different homes in several different cities and took many pictures for us and provided very precise descriptions of those homes to us in order to aid us in buying a home in FL while we resided in MI. Not an easy thing to do. We bought the house solely from the pics and description he provided.
