This process is a little different from the usual sale of a home, and they were well versed in the nuances of the process keeping both the Relocation Company and ourselves well informed every step of the way. This was a job for Super Realtor! A quick, yet studious, search led me to Lucy Lizarraga - college degree in Business Administration/Marketing Management, several years of sales experience, financial services and customer care backgrounds, excellent reputation for negotiation skills, and all-around nice person; pretty darn-good looking, too! After the initial telephone contact, Lucy came to my home and carefully listened to my situation and my concerns. She had already done her homework before her visit, gathering the available public information about the property and producing a working draft of the marketing plan. She explained methods she used to make quick sales with excellent results for previous clients, offering me the same services. We did a walk-through of the property, Lucy taking detailed notes. She advised me of many options I could make, and I also made some suggestions, a few she agreed with, a couple she advised me not to do. I put my ego aside and decided to follow her advice. She put me in contact with some very good contractors to do some repair and replacement work I wanted to do before the sale. Lucy arranged for my home to be professionally cleaned, staged, and photographed, all with great results. ZillowVERIFIED I have to say if it wasn't for Lucy we would not have gotten our perfect house. We were first time home buyers with a lot of questions and many concerns. Lucky for us we had Lucy who would explain in great detail all of the processes and what to expect. We met Lucy thru one of my coworkers recommendation. We told Lucy our budget and the type of house we were interested in. We looked for thirteen days and found our perfect home. We put in an offer and Lucy kept in close contact with the selling agent plus made our offer very personal and appealing to the seller. We closed in 21 days and we are currently moving into our home now. She remained in close contact with us, our mortgage broker, and title company making deadlines quite easy. Lucy made the process painless and her upbeat personality made the transaction easy. I love that on the day we got the keys she came over with the keys took lots of pictures and was kind enough to give a beautiful personalized keychain and beautiful tray to display.
