This process is a little different from the usual sale of a home, and they were well versed in the nuances of the process keeping both the Relocation Company and ourselves well informed every step of the way. At our initial meeting they provided a concise presentation providing comparable data to provide the ?listing? figure, addressing the target market for our property, and how they would present the home on the internet. They were clear and concise when providing feedback on what we needed to address in getting the home ready for sale, and assisted with the final details when it came to staging. They had a great team of photographers and videographers and the home was extremely well presented once listed. During the open houses, we would get daily feedback, and once the 23 offers were opened they shared a spread sheet with all the data and their recommendations for us to consider. They were always quick to respond to answer all those silly questions, once we were in Escrow and continued to represent our best interests right up until the exchange of Keys.
