Through the years, we saw how hard working and determined Ted is, and know he gives every endeavor his best effort and utmost attention. We had previously consulted with Ted about our plans to remodel our home. He reviewed our plans with us, showed us several homes in the area and advised us as to whether to move forward with the remodel or if was more beneficial to buy another home. Ultimately, he gave us sound advice and we remodeled; he truly wanted to help us make the best possible decision for our family. When the time came to sell our home, it was clear to us that this was not just a routine transaction for Ted; rather, enabling potential buyers to feel themselves living there was his top priority. He used a phenomenal photographer and videographer and did a personalized video of our home sharing his knowledge for our neighborhood and how much our home was cared for and loved. Knowing how special our home was to us, we appreciated his approach every step of the way. Ultimately, we were in every sellers dream position - we had multiple offers and accepted an offer just several days after listing it. The house sold well above our asking price during the month of November, which is not typically an ideal month to show and sell a home.
