We interviewed several agents before selecting Ted. His knowledge of why our family home was unique and his demeanor was genuine. He helped us easily understand the process. He guided us through preparing the house for sale, with what was important to do and what was not needed. He had excellent staff to help with needed inspections, as well. Ted himself even did some work to better prepare the home. We had no difficulty communicating with him as questions arose and he was very responsive to our needs. He was able to secure an all cash, over asking price, deal for our mothers mid-century modern home, even before the open house. Oh dear, do we want to go buy another house just to hang out with Ted again. He is personable, a good listener, has experience and taste in houses, knows a lot about neighborhoods in the greater Sacramento area and is responsive to text and phone. It took only a month and a half from starting the search to getting keys to our first home, a house that exceeded our expectations. Ted's got nerves like a poker player and bids in the last minute making sure you have the most competitive offer. He also has good recommendations for people to work with, like a top notch lender and a painter that can complete the work before the move in.
