Oh dear, do we want to go buy another house just to hang out with Ted again. He is personable, a good listener, has experience and taste in houses, knows a lot about neighborhoods in the greater Sacramento area and is responsive to text and phone. It took only a month and a half from starting the search to getting keys to our first home, a house that exceeded our expectations. Ted's got nerves like a poker player and bids in the last minute making sure you have the most competitive offer. He also has good recommendations for people to work with, like a top notch lender and a painter that can complete the work before the move in. If we could give him 10 stars...we would! Having found his website based on the type of house we wanted, we were very impressed with his style. He was exemplary from beginning to end...very upfront about everything. He showed us homes in all parts of the city which allowed us to make the best decisions.
