ZillowVERIFIEDI hired Ted to sell my condo as a last hope. My condo sat on the market for 9 months with zero offers and I had become frustrated and discouraged. I was about to give up hope of a sale and take my condo off the market, but I noticed one condo in my HOA recently sold and it had been on the market for only a short time. Ted was the listing agent of that condo. I sent Ted a message, asking him if he would be willing to try to sell my condo. He responded immediately and we got the process started. Ted was very knowledgeable and told me what we needed to do, to make the sale happen. I agreed but I secretly thought that it was a lost cause. Ted got the listing ready and much to my great surprise, we received an offer, only 2 days after I relisted my condo! I couldn't believe it! During the process, Ted arranged to have all the necessary paperwork submitted by my HOA and property management company to make the deal go through. He was always on top of everything and advocating on my behalf when unexpected issues arose. And thanks to his expertise, I was able to sell my condo, as the other condos in my HOA, continued to languish. I can't thank Ted enough for his representation and I highly recommend him as a realtor, especially during a challenging market.
