Ted Chen

Ted Chen (CalBRE license #02017553) caught the entrepreneurial bug at an early age, buying packets of bubble gum and reselling individual units to his middle school classmates. He graduated to trading used computer parts and starting brick-and-mortar businesses as well as e-commerce computer stores. In the early to mid-2000's, Ted began providing custom web-based solutions and managed a multi-million dollar domain names portfolio (online real estate), then expanded into acquiring and operating an ICANN accredited registrar. Ted's experience in virtual real estate quickly translated into "real world" real estate! Ted decided to cut his teeth in real estate via ultra-competitive short-term transactions (flipping) and successfully completed several small to large flips. In 2016, Ted became a licensed realtor so that he can focus on his real estate passion full-time. Ted quickly became a top producer with almost $25 million dollars in transaction within 2 years with coverage around the Bay Area and beyond.
