It took us over 2 years to find and close on our home and they were patient throughout the entire journey. We are first time home buyers and their huge network of experts came in handy when evaluating the several homes we put offers on and understanding the expected costs. David's market comparison evaluation was also super helpful making us feel confident in the offers we put in. I would recommend Deirdre and David 100x over and couldn't have done this without them as they went above and beyond!! They went to the Marin country permit and tax office to confirm house details that weren't in the disclosures, had an inspector do a verbal inspection on the house within a day, and an HVAC person fix the heater before we moved in.
