ZillowVERIFIED I reached out to Jesicca in the dead of winter to help up find a house, but the catcher was, we needed to find one within a 2 week timeframe. It was a situation where the house was being sold underneath us, without warning, so we needed an option. She was constantly sending us options, even after business hours. Each time she sent us a list of available options, she would clear her schedule to show us 3-4 houses at a time. All the houses we had in mind, just werent what we were expected. There was one house that Jesicca said we will check out, although it wasnt on our list. That house ended up being the one we bought. ZillowVERIFIED Jesicca was the listing agent for a property I expressed interest in. I reached out to her at 8:00AM via email with questions on the property and by 9:00AM, already had my answers and a showing scheduled. I saw the property and was interested and put an offer in. The process went extremely smooth with questions answered morning, afternoon, or late at night. Paperwork was a breeze using docusign. When it came to putting a deposit in, she knew I lived closer to her house than the office and allowed me to drop the check off right at her house rather than going out of my way. She was on time when arriving for the inspection and for closing day. Overall, great experience. A key to a large purchase is communication and Jesicca excelled at that. Despite being a dual agent and having both buyer and seller interests at stake, I feel she still represented me fairly and given it was a cash only property, she still posed important questions to me to ensure I had my familys best interests at stake. I would and have recommended Jesicca to others purely on her communication skill. Note about review: I cannot speak for her knowledge of the market or finding a desired property as I found the property on FlexMLS myself and reached her directly rather than selecting a sellers agent for the process.
