ZillowVERIFIEDTeal is exactly who you need to find and work with for your home purchase. She's a fierce advocate and negotiater for her clients, she knows when to stay at asking price and when to go above or below asking price. She works hard to make sure things run smoothly and responds to every text and phone call within 30 mins at the absolute most. Whatever you request, she does right away and with a cheerful demeanor! I will miss Teal that's for sure.

ZillowVERIFIED Teal helped us through a rough journey with her team right by her side! From the beginning to the very end Teal and her team stepped up to the set back we had. From the day we met her she sold our home and helped us find the right home for our needs.

ZillowVERIFIED I've worked with Teal twice. The first time was when my wife and I were choosing our forever home in a great location in South Jersey. Even after other offers were on the table, she ensured that we got the deal done! The other time was when we were selling my grandmother's estate. It was a super emotional time for my entire family, but she came through finding us a great offer and also helping us literally move out of the house and finding us a dumpster. Her connections are limitless and her work ethic is far superior to many others in real estate. She and her team are the go-to in the tri-state area and I also believe they have a location in TX. You want results? Use Teal Levick.

ZillowVERIFIED Teal was great to work with during the sale of our home. She personally coordinated every step so that everything was taken care of perfectly. I was able to easily communicate with her and her team for a seamless closing. Our transaction was also off-market, so she provided a tremendous amount of value by bringing a buyer.

ZillowVERIFIED From start to finish Alix was a professional. We described what we wanted from PA and he found us 3 really good houses to choose from that fit our descriptions to a T. Curtesy and polite throughout the entire process. On the day of closing, Alix single handedly kept my closing on track. He was at the house taken pics for the sellers who dropped the ball multiple times throughout the ordeal. Team Teal and his entire team were there for us throughout the entire process, kept us up to speed and had no issues with myself and my endless questions. Alix is there for you, the buyer, and it was an honor and privilege to watch him fight for us. He loves what he does, which shows in every action he does. Would recommend contacting Alix if youre looking for your new home in NJ

ZillowVERIFIED Teal accepted the challenge of selling a 100 year old home to facilitate the needed move of the elderly owner.Team teal went right to work putting the family at ease that this was a good project. Every need was met with a "Can Do" attitude. Honesty was apparent at every turn. By far, this was a wonderful experience start to finish.

ZillowVERIFIED Theres no reason why anyone in South Jersey should be using a realtor other than Teal. Her knowledge of the area and experience with the process make her second to none. She had our home on the market on a Friday, Open House on Saturday with nearly 25 attendees, and presented us with 12 offers by Sunday. Whenever we got frustrated or stressed, she was right there to calm us down and present our options. She was always available for our calls/texts and her team was always an email away. Even up until closing (when our buyer had an incident at the table), Teal fought and advocated for us to ensure that the transaction closed smoothly. If you use any other realtor, youre doing yourself a disservice. Dont wait aEUR" call Team Teal Estate.

ZillowVERIFIED We started our home search in August 2020 and went through several realtors that failed to be of much help, other than to open doors for us. Once we made the switch to Team Teal, the ball was rolling! We found Teal in mid February and not one month later, found our home! Teal doesnt just open doors, she is hands on in helping you find out things about homes that you would never think to ask. She was literally on her hands and knees inspecting basements with us. She never failed to get us to a showing before a house sold! Spending hours at a time with us, and driving an hour one way at times! Our entire process through closing was seamless and without stress! Her recommendations were outstanding. Knowledge on areas and the current market were impeccable. In this insane market, you need someone who isnt afraid to get to work, doesnt hesitate, and can advise you on making an offer. Dont waste your time with anyone else! Team Teal is experienced, knowledgeable, and actually cares about your home needs and wants!

ZillowVERIFIED Teal would never give up on us. Word aEURoenoaEUR? was not in her vocabulary. With Covid, selling homes, and being a mom and wife Teal somehow always allowed time to talk to us. Against our better judgment we did a short sell and turned out to be a cash offer.
