Tchaka Owen

I am a graduate of the University of Virginia with a double major. I was also a Division 1 athlete. Real estate and real estate investing are passions of mine and I am always willing to help buyers and sellers of all levels. When I purchased my first home, I sat on the stairs for about 20 minutes looking around the empty place with a very happy feeling knowing that I'd finally achieved my dream of home ownership. That's the feeling I want all buyers to experience. The objective for sellers is for them to walk away in a better position than when they purchased. I do not believe in high pressure, rather I provide as much relevant information as possible in order to help you make the best decision and to make the process as seamless and effortless as possible.
