Keller Williams Realty Double Gold 2019
ZillowVERIFIEDTom did a great job helping me find my first rental property. He had a great list of lenders that could work with me and got me into the exact investment property I was looking for. I always refer Tom with TCB whenever I hear someone talking about their real-estate needs.
ZillowVERIFIEDThomas Brown is the best. He hustles to sell your house and quick to find you just the right one. He is very personable and becomes your friend for life.
ZillowVERIFIEDWe were in the market to relocate to Arizona and I found Tom Brown on Zillow. He was fairly responsive prior to our visit and I was happy to find a Realtor to work with. I even had a family member that referred a Real Estate Agent that I decided not to contact because I felt Tom was going to be great.Basically, our family flew into town and Tom spent about 1.5 hours showing us 4 homes and was in a big hurry to go out on the Lake. It was a complete waste of a trip and ultimately we just became frustrated and did not reach back out to Tom. He vested zero effort and reaped zero return.
ZillowVERIFIEDI hade a wonderful experience. ..He was always there for me day or night and always answered my questions ...I would highly recommend him ....always made himself avaliable. ..
ZillowVERIFIEDHe stayed on top of the sale even though it was something new to him, it was a sale thru the city of Phoenix which was new to him , my banker, and me. There were many hoops to jump thru and he was there to help in any way.
