She is always working day and night. I think she eats, sleeps, and breaths real estate. If she is not at an open house then she is taking a class to learn new tools of the trade. Even though she is busy doing that stuff, she always seems to somehow be available to show you a house at the last minute. I was also amazed by her negotiation skills. We got everything that we wanted and more on both the sale and purchase. My husband and I felt at all times we were in really good hands. Best agent I have ever worked with. One more thing is that she was more than happy to help us get a pod, get utilities set up, help us find discounts, and everything else that comes into play when moving. I had no idea agents assisted with that stuff which I wish I would have taken advantage of because basically I could have just sat back and relaxed a bit.
