Review I am a first time home buyer and I knew absolutely nothing regarding the home purchasing process. Taylor is phenomenal! Her knowledge and resources made my home purchasing experience pleasant. We found a house on Friday 1/28/22 viewed on Monday 1/31/22, placed an offer that evening (sellers request d/t multiple offers), and closed on 2/28/22!! Taylor handled all of the in between! She has resources that know how to get things done and meet deadlines, all while navigating serious snow days. Taylor keeps you informed and updated on the entire process. The process went so smoothly with Taylor as the lead, it still feels like a beautiful dream. I love my new home and I am eternally grateful for Taylors expertise, encouragement, and support! Review Taylor Vannoy has been the very best from the get go! I reached out to the Meals Team in late January (via Zillow) and Taylor reached back in no time ?? She was extremely helpful and knowledgeable from the very beginning. We had just recently had the worst experience trying to buy a home and although we were very hesitant to trust anyone in our journey Taylor came in an saved the day! We flew in to look at properties days after the winter storms in the Dallas area but Taylor went for it and showed us as many houses as possible and worked with us to get the most out of our 3 day stay in Texas. Taylor is very committed to making you feel welcome and comfortable. She definitely exceeded our expectations and fast forward to March we are fully moved into our new home here in Texas. I will most definitely be referring all family and friends to her in the very near future ?? She is the very best at her job and my family and I are beyond thankful for her help and guidance during one of the most important steps in our lives.

Review Taylor was so incredibly helpful, we absolutely couldnt have done it without her! She was knowledgeable about what the best listing price was for us. She created a gorgeous video that I think was a key factor in our house selling within a week of listing!!! She communicated so well with us throughout the entire process, gave us ample notice for every showing that was scheduled, and made sure we knew all of our options throughout the process. Review My spouse and I were in the market for a new home. We found a home we wanted to look at and Taylor Robbins was the sellers agent. We did not have a realtor helping us at that time. We were reluctant to give out our information at first. However, we decided to let Taylor show us a few other homes we were interested in. Review Taylor earned each and every one of those 5 stars all around!! We were first time home buyers and knew absolutely nothing! She pointed us to an lender and checked in on us throughout the pre-approval process, she also worked with the lender behind the scenes to help us out. She is incredibly knowledgeable! She knew every step we needed to take, all the requirements and timeframes for everything. She was available whenever we needed her! She worked very hard to make our process perfect. She helped us come up with an awesome offer that stood out from the rest and was the offer that the seller went with. She checks in on us from time to time even now. I will always recommend her and in the future we will use her again!
