Taylor is a great realtor! He was very professional, from our first phone conversation to closing on the sale of our house. He arranged for new carpeting to be installed as well as minor repairs to be completed before listing the property. He also arranged for professional cleaning to be done before the professional pictures were taken for the listing. Actual listing to closing was only 5 weeks. There aren't enough good things to say about Taylor. I can honestly say I wouldn't have made it through this process without him. Taylor was honest, professional, dedicated and made the whole process of buying/selling a home bearable. He sold my home in a month and a half and drove with us all over town (on the weekends) and took us to see dozens of homes. His knowledge and experience helped us see the good and bad in each home as he told us things to look out for that I never would have thought about (e.g. signs of water damage in basements, fogging/unsealed windows, etc.). He found me my dream home! He was there for my every step of the way and answered every single frantic text! If you need a realtor, Taylor is your guy!
