Like from any human being on planet earth. Working with Taylor I want to say makes the endlessly frustrating experience that is buying Real Estate in Northern California feel hopeful again. Also of note: I have been working with Taylor remotely to explore a new market & she has made that very easy for me. She has FaceTimed walkthrus & is always there for me. Taylor even has on more than one occasion driven over an hour to meet me somewhere to see a listing. Who even does that anymore? She not only was approachable but also knowledgeable and provided the best environment to ask questions and seek advice. Throughout the entire process from start to finish, I felt like she was accessible and truly cared about the experience. She did not make me feel like it was just another transaction. I happened to find her through a Zillow recommendation when I was casually looking. After one day of looking at two properties I found the right one the following day. A little over a month later we met to get the keys.It was of course at times tense going through the writing of offers and waiting for responses as well as navigating the escrow process but taylor was fantastic in staying in contact and checking in to see how we were doing. She was fantastic at explaining the various documents we had to sign, which were all Greek to me as a first time buyer. She also introduced us to appropriate vendors for inspections as well as a local mover who came well recommended. It was great to work with an agent who really knew the area. I couldnt be happier!
