Taylor provided great service. Even though I was an out of town buyer, he made viewing homes efficient and thorough. I really appreciated the extra effort he put in to get the deal done, facilitate the inspection and closing process and making introductions and recommendations to local resources. I especially appreciated his efforts after the close to make my transition easier. I would highly recommend.

Taylor was always very prompt & professional in responding to our questions, requests for showings, or additional information about properties. He listened well to what we were seeking in a home, and was never pushy. We always felt as our real estate agent Taylor was realistic, but positive. Taylor made the process of selling my mothers home in Sedona, Arizona, as easy and painless as it could have possibly been. I was handling the sale on behalf of my mother, who had recently moved out of state into an assisted living facility. I live in another state, so everything had to be done via phone, email, text, and electronic document signature, but it all worked extremely smoothly. Taylor worked tirelessly through every step of the process, from market analysis, guidance on pricing, lining up local contractors (cleaning, painting, etc.), and actively marketing the home. We received a full price offer before the home was even listed in MLS, and Taylor was key in leading final negotiations and coordinating with the title company that handled the closing. What could have otherwise been a difficult and complicated process was instead a truly enjoyable experience. I would highly recommend the Coleman Real Estate Group, and Taylor Coleman-Underwood in particular, to anyone needing to sell a home in the Sedona, Arizona area.
