ZillowVERIFIEDTayler did a outstanding job helping me sell my deceased Aunt's property. It was especially difficult, along with the Probate of the Will but I live in San Diego CA and the property was in Howard Beach NY. She did a excellent job clearing out the CoOp and supervising the repairs necessary to prepare the property for sale. Which she quickly found a cash buyer for. She kept me informed and her knowledge of the market and the management company of the property were a great help considering I was not local. She walked me through all the steps and there were no delays with whatever I asked her to do for me and she did a lot!
