Let me start by saying Im a first time home buyer, but I had a few different options from people I knew to go with as a realtor, but I was also thinking about doing it on my own. I got connected with Tayler and Quinlan Realty through Zillow to help me see a home and I was impressed that from the very beginning. She was able to provide me valuable info about the sale of homes in the area AND this was before I even signed a contract with her. I knew that I had to go with her because I could tell she cared about me as a buyer, but this was only the beginning. The info she gave me allowed me to make an informed decision about my offer. From the very beginning of the process, she was able to explain everything and manage the counter offer process to make sure I was getting a good deal. She maintained excellent contact with the sellers agents, my lender, and myself throughout the process. All this would have been enough for me to leave a great review, but I hit a snag less than 24 hours before closing that have me losing out on the home I was looking forward to and potential facing extra damages from the seller as well. Tayler worked tirelessly and brought in her Broker, Craig, from Quinlan to uncover every stone to make sure I could still get my home, or not face any liabilities. It looked like all was lost and I had given up as the day before closing waned, but they worked tirelessly in the background and called me the day I was supposed to close with news that they had found a way for me to close with minimal extra costs on my end. I was overjoyed! If youre looing for someone who cares for you and is willing to go the extra mile for you, look no further than Tayler Karhilker! Shes the best!

ZillowVERIFIED Above and beyond doesnt even begin to describe Taylers efforts in finding us the right house. She was always kind, helpful, and immediately responsive any time of the day we ever reached out to her. She showed us places all over the St. Louis/ St. Charles area, and was keen to the minor details of each home and the area they were in. She never showed discouragement or frustration with us, even when we were adding houses on the fly to view while already out viewing others. Perhaps most outstanding, was that my girlfriend of 3 years whom which I was buying the house with, passed away 3 weeks before closing. Tayler was sincerely heartbroken and extremely supportive of me, despite that not being in her job description. She showed true care and concern. In the wake of that tragedy, Tayler is making a donation to a charity for victims of abuse/addiction/depression in my girlfriend Morgans name and memory. That is so much beyond what I could have ever asked. Tayler aims to please and will not let you down, trust that!
