ZillowVERIFIED Tatyana recently helped with the sale of my investment property. It was important that I work with someone that I trust since I live in California and the property is located in Houston. I was very impressed with Tatyanas knowledge, patience and the ability to build trust with all parties in the transaction. She definitely went out of her way in all areas. Her knowledge of the industry and the local market made me feel at ease and most importantly, I felt that I was a valued client. She was always patient and never rushed our calls taking the time to explain any question I had for her. She worked with the buyer, my tenant since he stayed in the property until closing and my property manager. Tatyana went above and beyond my expectations to bring this transaction to a close. I look forward to working with her again and would highly recommend her for all areas of real estate: buyer, seller, renter, property management or an investor.

ZillowVERIFIED Tatyana was responsive but my family and I received very poor service from her. She let us move in to house that was extremely unclean and had mold in the refrigerator. I would not recommend Tatyana or Trinity Real Estate to anybody and would highly suggest that you look elsewhere.

ZillowVERIFIED I have chosen to work with Tatyana Shivers not by accident. As an investor, I needed a realtor who could not only understand my needs but also find me the deals. She was referred by my friends and I am very thankful for her exceptional professional service. She helped me to find and buy this investment property 3 years ago and then sell it in 2019 for a nice profit. Tenant who occupied the condo was difficult to deal with and Tatyana was able to find the right approach for my tenant to cooperate with showings and inspection. Tatyana is very caring and helps with great negotiation tactics. I would highly recommend her companys service to others.

ZillowVERIFIED I met Ms. Tatyana Shivers quite by accident in the parking lot of the HEB several months ago. As it happened, this was a fortuitous meeting, as I was going through a divorce and needed to sell my home in the Champions Forest area of Spring, Texas. Tatyana was extraordinarily professional in handling this business for me. At first, we were working together to make some necessary improvements to the home, which had been neglected for too many years. In time, though, I elected to sell the home for cash, as is. Even with plot twist, Tatyana came through marvelously. She is a consummate professional. Not only would I recommend her most highly as a Real Estate Professional, I would even make this statement: As a former US Navy Officer and Professional Management Consultant, if I had a project that simply had to be done well and expeditiously, I would select Tatyana to handle the project without hesitation. She is simply outstanding, professional, thoughtful, kind, and truly excellent. If you have the opportunity to work with Tatyana, you will be well served to avail yourself of the opportunity. Thanks a Million, Tatyana!

ZillowVERIFIED Tatyana Shivers completed the sale of my house in a very high sense of urgency. My property was only listed for a couple of months and was sold close to the list price. She conducted extensive market research to determine the appropriate/competitive listing price for which the house will besold fast. She also was very informative and made sure she went over eachclause and item of the contract with me. I would highly recommend her.

ZillowVERIFIED I would highly recommend Tatyana Shivers to anyone who needs to sell a home. Tatyana conducted a short sale on a rental property for us in another state and wthout her knowledge and expertise we be in forclosuse. She is like a bulldog when it comes to negotiation with unresponsive and beauracratic mortgage companies.

ZillowVERIFIED Great experience with loan, very insightful on all aspects of buying a home that met our needs. Tatyana understood our desires for the type of neighborhood we were looking for, the community, and also for desired amenities. It was a pleasure working with Tatyana. She was both warm and professional in all her dealings with us. There was no aspect of the transactions that were not explained to us thoroughly and efficiently. We were so confident in her abilities that we bought a second house from her within 9 months.

ZillowVERIFIED Tatyana represented me in four short sale transactions. I was really worried about not being able to get out from under my rentals that were sucking the life out of my finances and about how the short sales would affect my credit. I was so fortunate to find Tatyana who did a fabulous job representing me in long-distance transaction which took even less time than anticipated.

ZillowVERIFIED Tatyana is a dedicated agent who will go above and beyond to assist you in all your real estate deals. I have bought four rental properties from her and her dedication and expertise made me put our home in Bellaire on the market through her. We were unable to sell in 2011 but when we put it on the market in 2013 with her expertise, we had a contract within a month and sold within three months I have relied on her honesty to guide me through with the purchase of 4 houses in the Houston area for rental investment. She would always be forthright and tell me whether or not it would be wise to purchase or not purchase a property. Her trustworthiness caused us to recommend her to many other friends who have purchased rental properties through her. Tatyana is an exemplary real estate agent.

ZillowVERIFIED Tatyana Shivers has represented me in the purchase of 9 rental properties and the sale of my residence over a 5 year period. All of the rental properties were either foreclosures or short sales. Ms. Shivers is extremely knowledgeable regarding each of these types of transactions. She also has provided me with valuable information and guidance regarding comparable rent and sales data, and rehab costs.
