We struggled with a couple of other brokers before we found her and were getting discouraged. Had already dealt with two realtors who knew zilch about VA benefits and literally discouraged me about being eligible and questioned everything I required such as a "move in capable " home. I mean they literally told me I would never find an affordable home. And Tatiana did. She handled business, she was aggressive in the sense she knew what we wanted and she didn't stop short to get it. Every step of the way, even for the home inspection she was there for the entire walk through. Even with my silly lenders, she was willing to call and get answers.
