ZillowVERIFIED Tasha was very knowledgeable about the selling process. She gave advice on staging my home, explained all of the parts of an offer, and assisted with counter offers. She also used an online scheduling service that texted me viewing requests which kept us from playing phone tag with buyers' agents and got the house sold faster. It was only on the market for a few weeks! Tasha is the best.

Because houses sell so quickly there (often within a week or less), it could have been a frustrating process, but Tasha made it as easy as possible. She is extremely prompt in answering questions, emails, texts, phone calls and we found her to be very professional. She truly cared about us, listened to what we were looking for in a home, and would point out areas of the property that needed repair or that weren't ideal for us. It was obvious to us that she put our needs first over her desire to sell us a house quickly. We received information about houses that matched what we were looking for daily and she didn't waste our time sending us descriptions that didn't match our needs. She is caring, has a wonderful personality, is intelligent, and is the best realtor I have ever worked with.

Where the others were mainly focused on getting us locked in to a long term buyers agreement - Tasha's focus was finding us a home that would fit our needs. From day one she's been extremely responsive. She answered question quickly and honestly, and went over and above to provide us the information we needed to make an informed decision. She visited properties for us and sent video of the property along with her expert opinion on the condition, location, present and future value of the property. She negotiated well with the seller's agent on our behalf, securing a sale price below appraisal value. She's been very proactive providing references for inspection and repair companies to take care of problem areas. Her dedication to finding me a home which met my particular requirements--woodshop, quiet vibe, yard for slacklining, mountain views--revealed her indomitable energy and calm tenacity. As each new house we toured informed me of what I was actually looking for, Tasha was all smiles and supportive of my changing needs, and never hesitated to offer pragmatic advice for how achievable (or unachievable) my goals were. Starting in a farmhouse in Leicester and traveling up mountains and through quiet suburbs in Weaverville and Asheville, we finally found what is now my house in Black Mountain, on a sunny and quiet street with a great outbuilding to finish as my woodshop, and a 100-year-old farmhouse which I am now in the midst of restoring. This journey has been long and exhaustive, but through it all Tasha has had bottomless patience and endless attention to my needs, and worked tirelessly in negotiations to ensure we'd found a good deal. When issues arose after the home inspection was complete, Tasha was ready to maneuver us toward appropriate credits; we were able to close in great style! ZillowVERIFIED When we first came to WNC we used a different realtor to help us find a house. The whole process ended in disaster with us walking backing out of a contract 2 weeks before closing, losing a lot of money. Then we found Tasha, and it was like the angels were singing. She was actively engaged in finding properties that fit our wants and needs, and when we found the right one, she guided us through the due diligence period and closing with no glitches. She took full responsibility for liaising between us and the sellers, and went above and beyond to make sure we were happy with every detail of the buying agreement. We highly recommend her to anyone in need of a real estate agent in WNC. If I could give more than five stars, I gladly would.
