Q: 1. What advice would you give a buyer trying to purchase a home?

I would advise a new buyer to first get prequalified.

Q: 2. What advice would you give a seller trying to sell their home?

The best advice I can offer to a seller would be to make sure they reach out to an agent to get a Cost Market Needs Analysis to see what homes are selling for in their neighborhood. Attend Open Houses in your neighborhood to get a feel of where you can price your home

I've worked with blue collar to white collar clients and I treat every client as very important

Q: 4. How did you get started in Real Estate?

I started off in the mortgage industry in 2001 then became an investor by doing buy and holds in addition to flips. After attending many seminars and universities of real estate I became very knowledgeable through and experiences.

I'm also well verse into multi family commercial properties, raising capitol, creating syndications and building successful relationships with venture capitalist, asset managers, private equity funds and bank instutions
