ZillowVERIFIED I couldnt have hoped for a better experience when making initial visit to Sioux Falls and meeting with Tarik. (Tim also was exceptionally helpful prior to my visit). A 600 mile move is pretty stressful and intimidating, especially when its to an unfamiliar place. Tarik spent extra time familiarizing me to the different areas of SF and that really made me so much more comfortable with my decision to move. I had an outstanding experience in short and I'm really looking forward to purchasing a home!

Tarik was a great match for us; knowledgeable, patient, truthful, and happy to show us a property at a minute's notice. In the end we decided to build, and he presented our offer for a lot (which was accepted) and then took care of all of the closing details. He followed through on everything we ever asked of him. Tarik would definitely be our first call the next time we need real estate expertise.
