We moved out of the area before the house sold and Taria made sure the doors were locked and everything was turned off after showings, something we had issues with in the past. She had no problems showing the same property several times. We ended up getting a great deal on a really nice beach house! Taria then created the situation where we were required to withdraw from the offer. We hired another skilled agent to make a new offer several weeks after removing her. She came after us if we did not pay her commission. We ultimately let our dream go because of her. Perform a background before you get in with this one.
