The homes we viewed did not match the photos advertised, which was extremely disappointing. I recommend keeping your options open. I would not suggest working with this realtor.

ZillowVERIFIED We recently sold our single-family brownstone in Hoboken. Tarek really took the time to thoroughly review the property, walk us through his marketing strategy, and was there every step of the way. His team was awesome as well. In addition to helping stage our home, he recommended contractors to complete some lingering projects. His recommendations were great, and Tarek was available any time we needed help, both coordinating scheduling and reviewing the completed work. While we werent necessarily surprised with the number of showings, given the market, I was very impressed with Tareks ability to negotiate the offers we received. He was very creative, getting us a stronger price than we anticipated and also negotiated very favorable Use & Occupancy terms. Once we got closer to the expected closing date, it started to become evident that the buyers were falling behind on some of their contract deadlines. Apparently, the buyers agent completely flaked and wasnt there to keep them on schedule. We also had some challenges with communication from our attorney. Tarek immediately stepped up to help us close in an acceptable time frame. We otherwise most likely would have looked to cancel the contract given timing constraints that we had on a home we were concurrently looking to purchase. Ive always personally questioned how much value a real estate agent could add, to what I thought was a straight forward transaction, but Tarek proved to be an exception. We truly couldnt have closed a deal like this without him!

I have never been in the position to sell a home before and didn't know what would lie ahead. Tarek gave me the assurance that I needed. He told me he would handle all my questions going forward: such as Tarek put all my anxiety and fears to rest. He had multiple agencies from several counties bringing their prospective clients to view my property. It was a miracle, but I was fortunate to have had all these prospective clients who were able to come in and view my home because I unfortunately had to go out of state for a few months due to this Covid Pandemic. After looking at reviews online of recently sold homes in my area I found Tarek. He was able to get me multiple competitive offers within two days of the listing going up! I was moving across the country from Portland, OR to New Jersey for work and needed help finding an apartment without being able to see it physically. He was very accommodating to me and my wife by sending us a bunch of apartments that met our criteria and our budget. That would be the last conversation with that realtor... He was so helpful and always answered any questions I had within minutes whether is was through an email, phone call, text, or fax! I was looking for a four bedroom apartment straight out of college, so we had all of us girls and our parents involved and he was always very organized with all our information and documents!
