Extremely professional, extremely kind, extremely knowledgeable. One thing we really liked about Tarasa was she asked US questions and knew a lot about these homes before we even took any tours. We had to take a break from house hunting for a few months for personal reasons, but Tarasa remained in touch and we picked up right where we left. We never felt like her clients as much as we felt like friends she was doing everything possible to get the best for us. We recommend Tarasa to ANYONE looking to purchase a home. One piece of advice we?d give new home buyers is to trust the process and be patient. The paperwork, appointments, deadlines, etc. can be overwhelming, but just keep track of the deadlines and take things a day at a time. Thank you Tarasa!

She did a great job with marketing the house (both pictures and video), pre-screening potential renters, and continuously showing the house upon any request (daytime, evening, or weekend). We were looking at several different houses online and when my wife called to view one of the houses on the market, we met Tarasa. She immediately impressed us with her upbeat attitude knowledge. We decided after that first conversation to take her on as our realtor, which is one of the best decisions we ever made. She sat down with us and asked the necessary questions to determine what we were looking for in a new home and to help us arrive at a good asking price to sell our house at. Tarasa did the research necessary to set our house on the market at good price. Our house sold at the price we wanted within 12 hours of putting it on opening day. Tarasa really impressed us with her availability to answer our questions about the houses we were looking at and the area that surrounded them. No matter what time we called her she always had a great attitude which is very helpful when you are stressing about potential house issues. Tarasa has a good team working for her that made the transition of selling one house and buying another go smoothly from the house inspection to the underwriting. I would recommend Tarasa to anyone I know who wants to buy or sell a house in the state. We have bought and sold multiple homes in our lifetime, and I can tell you that she is the best hands down. ZillowVERIFIED Now that the dust has finally settled from closing and moving, I can take a breath and share our experience dealing with Tarasa. It has been a long process, we looked at our first house in the Fall of 2020. We made multiple offers where we didnt win, because someone else made an insane offer. We had two sellers pull out within a few days of closing. And finally, we found the right home. Through it all, Tarasa was a shoulder to cry on, a cheer leader and ultimately, became a friend. She offered great insight into properties, guided us away from duds, kept our head on straight when bidding wars started and helped match us with a lender who guided us through the mortgage maze. I can say Tarasa went above and beyond what Ive experienced with other realtors Ive dealt with and know. She was pleasant and upbeat when things got tough and kept us on track. We needed an agent that would manage the sell of our house not just list it and take a few pictures.
