ZillowVERIFIEDI have sold over 10 homes with Tara and her team. Always on top of communication, sells the properties fast and helpful through the process. Highly recommend!
ZillowVERIFIEDTara and her team has helped us buy and sell several properties. She is very responsive, honest and reliable. The last property we listed with Tara had multiple offers and a contract written and accepted in less than 6 hours.
ZillowVERIFIEDTara is second to none. She knows the profession well, and is eager to help in any way possible. She is always easy to contact and is always available. We have worked with her on the buying and selling side. She brought a full price offer on our home in less than 24 hours, and helped us find a home very quickly that met and exceeded all of our needs. I cannot say enough good things about Tara! Thank you!
ZillowVERIFIEDTara was fantastic to work with! She knows the market well and gave us just the advice and recommendations we needed to sell the house quickly. She was extremely responsive and guided us through the entire process. I would definitely choose Tara again if I ever had to buy or sell a home in the area.
ZillowVERIFIEDWhoever is shopping for the best of all realtors look no further than Tara. She is one of the busiest realtors in Hardin County for a reason. Tara has the ability to look at your property you want to sell and be completely up front with works and what doesn't. She is also very knowledgeable on the buying end, and isn't afraid to tell you what you don't want to hear if it doesn't look right from all angles. She delivered us a great experience all while making us feel like we were the only customers that mattered.
ZillowVERIFIEDChoosing Tara as our realtor to help us sale and buy our home was one of the best decisions my husband and I made. Tara is very professional, easy to work with and she really understands her clients needs. Her best traits are communication and honesty. She always gave us feedback, emailed, texted, and called in an efficient timely manner. This was one of our biggest problems with our other realtors. She made buying a house a learning experience. She is very thorough, we never felt rushed and she made sure ALL our questions were answered. We never felt pressured and she always looked out for us. She is clutch in crunch time and has many resources to seal the deal. We also go a steal of a deal on a high end home, which is what we all want. However, shes not too good with directions which will give you a laugh! Other than that WE highly recommend her if you are looking for a realtor. She won't brag but she is #1 for a reason, you can't argue with stats!
ZillowVERIFIEDTara is very knowledgeable, not only that, she is willing to adjust her schedule to make sure the needs of her client/s are being met. She is very honest, dependable, and cares about more than just a commission.
ZillowVERIFIEDTara is more than a realtor. She is a real person who cares about helping buy or sell a home. She is great at fast communication, goes above and beyond to help with any problem, and gets things done. I would highly recommend Tara as a realtor of choice for anyone.
