ZillowVERIFIEDI couldn't have asked for more experienced, professional and capable help buying my first home. Tara was sensitive to my very specific budget constraints, as well as understanding of the long-term financial impact of a commitment of this caliber. Not only did we find the most perfect house for our growing family, but Tara was able to negotiate a price that has made our years in this house more manageable than I could ever have imagined. The knowledge she carried gave me, as an inexperienced layperson, the confidence to navigate an otherwise quite complicated process. Funding trustworthy, ethical and compassionate people in sales IS possible... And it's a game-changer! I'll never go to anyone else for such an important service.
ZillowVERIFIEDI have had well over 100 real estate transactions over the course of my lifetime and have never before been so fortunate as to be represented by agents as good as Jon and Tara. They set what should be the gold standards in their industry for professionalism, integrity, honesty, initiative, responsiveness, diligence, follow-through, and just plain good old fashioned hard work. This is a full time job for them, and their only job, and this is consistently reflected in the knowledge, experience and dedication they demonstrate in everything they do. They do their jobs flawlessly and make mine effortless. The fact that they are a delight to work with is a wonderful bonus!
ZillowVERIFIEDI love the Standifers so much. They are incredibly professional, personable, knowledgeable and interruptible when it comes to real estate. They helped my wife and I buy and sell our first home. I literally go to them for everything real estate related. They know it all and only care about getting you exactly what they want. They are selfless and caring. They take in all their clients as if they are the most important friend. Do yourself a favor and never use any other agent again.
ZillowVERIFIEDI have worked with Jon and Tara with both buying and selling a home. They are very knowledgeable and attacked everything I threw at them. I will be working with them in the future for sure.
ZillowVERIFIEDJon and Tara Standifer are an EXCELLENT team! And just as AMAZING individually!! Very helpful, hard working and they go the extra mile! My husband and I are very picky and they never once complained when we asked to see house after house. They are very friendly and very caring! They work very hard to find you your dream home and equally as hard to sell your home! Weve worked with other realtors in the past and have never had such a wonderful experience! I could not recommend them enough!
ZillowVERIFIEDJon and Tara were very laid back which made it easy for my fiancA(C) and I since we were first time home owners. They were also in constant contact with us and very helpful to make sure any questions or concerns we had were addressed and answered. They showed us any houses we were wanting to see in a timely manner and never put any pressure on us while looking.
ZillowVERIFIEDLoved how both Jon and Tara came out to our house together and we got two different views prior to putting our house on the market. They were patient with no pressure while the house was prepared to put up for sale. One of the reason the house sold so quickly was due to their input. We would definitely recommend Jon and Tara for you.
ZillowVERIFIEDTara is a very motived and professional agent. She is always responsive and helpful with questions. Tara helped my wife and I purchase two homes within the last three years. She is currently assisting us with the sale of our home and I would highly recommend her to anyone.
