We recently purchased a condominium in Cape Coral, FL and she was kind enough to actually go and check out the property for us and gave us a good description right when she was done. She also went out of her way to get us some credit back because the seller didn?t enclosed the right information about the property. I will highly recommend her, and we will definitely purchase our next property in Florida with her.

I flew down to Cape Coral for a weekend, met Tara, and listed the first house. It sold in less than a week for a very nice profit. My father took almost a year to decide to list the second house and Tara was extremely patient and professional while updating us consistently with market trends. When the second home was listed, it also sold quickly with another very nice profit. I couldnt be more grateful to Tara for selling my dads homes. Her follow up is exceptional. Tara worked with the mortgage company to straighren out a very convoluted process. I am in Minnesota the house is in Florida. Needless to say this made the process more cumbersome. Tara met with inspectors and appraisers as I was not there to meet them personally.
