During each step of the way she helped me know what to expect which really helped ease any home buying jitters I had. There was one evening that Tara met me at a potential home very last minute and after your regular 9-5 work hours. If it wasnt for Tara, we not only would not have had a chance to move into our dream home, but we wouldnt have had access to all the top tier services she recommended as well. I cannot say enough about how highly I recommend Tara!

ZillowVERIFIED Five stars isnt enough. We had a great experience with Tara selling our house. She exercised, in her words, aEURoeinfinite patienceaEUR? while we took many months to find where we were moving to. She checked in periodically, but didnt push us. She waited until we were ready. Then she moved into high gear, getting the paperwork done quickly and correctly, helping us plan the staging room by room, introducing us to excellent contractors for paint, carpentry, plumbing, landscaping, photography, etc. She often pitched in herself helping us triage all of our stuff, carrying boxes, painting, taking out the trash, making runs to GoodWill or whatever else needed to be done. When we ran into problems (termites, frozen heat pump, etc) she was always ready with a solution, and followed it through to successful completion. Selling a house is a stressful project, which needs to be well managed. Tara is a consummate project manager. And she clearly enjoys every minute of it. We highly recommend Tara Lowe.

In the process of researching the requirements of home buying / ownership, we decided that we would refer to a professional. A friend put us in contact with Tara and our home buying adventure began.Tara was able to explain to us all the steps from complete novice to closing day while walking us through the process. Tara was impressively organized and worked very hard to make sure that we were able to view the houses we were interested in and showed up with detailed information of each of the houses. Each house we visited came a little closer to that "dream house" scenario as Tara refined our searches to focus on the elements we thought to be essential. In the end, we found a home that exceeded anything that my wife and I ever thought that we would be able to find, afford, or qualify for. Tara helped us come up with a buying strategy and made sure we were keeping up with the loads of paperwork, lawyers, agents, and inspections while fielding a million questions from us.With a lot of searching and a bit of luck, Tara was able to meet the timetable that we were working in (we were not particularly rushed.) Nothing about the process felt forced or awkward. I have never heard of a home purchase going smoothly and straightforward as our experience was this spring.
