We were located in WA state and could not come out to see the houses in person, and she conducted everything for us in the area, including video call tours. She was extremely honest about things we couldnt see or feel ourselves while viewing homes, which we really appreciated. Tara was also our go-to for any and all questions about the home buying process, resources, and general information for the area. I dont know if she secretly got tired of us she never showed it, she was always patient and drug us around aEURoe4aEUR? different counties. One night she called us at about 7pm and said this just popped up if you like it lets move. We looked at it early next morning put an offer in about noon and it was accepted at 5:30 that evening. There was no pressure at all, and she made it clear she represented us. When we got the house we wanted, we had some problems with getting previous owner's things out, and home was left nasty. Tara was extremely helpful with getting this resolved, and even had her husband cone get previous owner's junk from our yard. This, in my opinion, is going above and beyond.
