Tara has been working in real estate for the past 25 years. Tara is Co-Owner of Keating & Co. Realty, a veteran owned real estate team withing Bean Group. Tara worked as a paralegal in Massachusetts and New Hampshire working in all areas of Residential, Foreclosure, and Commercial property closings. Tara earned a Master's degree from Boston University. Tara has been with the Bean Group for the past 15 years working her way to her current title as an Associate broker. What makes Tara a successful associate broker is her gentle but tenacious approach in aiding her clients in the buying and selling process. Tara is fierce negotiator, laser focused and driven. Tara never gives up, always finding another way through any nearly closed door to find the perfect buyer, perfect home or price for a client. Tara's mantra is to listen, strategize and deliver. She succeeds through persistence but also humor, kindness and attention to every detail. When Tara is not working, you can find her spending time with her sons and Veteran husband hiking, fishing and exploring outside. Tara is very active in her community volunteering within the school district. When Tara is not with her family you can find her running the various trails through her town racking up miles on her favorite running sneakers.

We were moving from out of state and Tara was recommended to us by our previous realtor. After working with her I highly recommend her as well. She took the time to understand what we were looking for and why, she gave us guidance when we needed it and didnt push us to jump into a decision.
