ZillowVERIFIEDWe spent years looking for a lake cottage in the Ashtabula/Conneaut area. We lost out on several good deals while working with another agent. When we finally started working with Tara - we were thrilled. She was readily available for showings and understood the importance of moving quickly for showings and offers. That responsiveness and availability resulted in a wonderful deal for us on a lake cottage. Tara went over to the property and did a walk through within an hour of so of us texting and helped us win the deal in multiple offers. I highly recommend Tara - especially if you are looking for a vacation home or second home on Lake Erie.

ZillowVERIFIED Tara , in my opinion, went above and beyond to help our son purchase his home! We were so pleased with her caring attitude for not only our sons needs in purchasing his first home but by helping us assist him in the whole process! Shes a very knowledgeable realtor but more than that, shes just a great lady! We would recommend her wholeheartedly!

ZillowVERIFIED As a first-time homebuyer, the process of purchasing a home can be intimidating. Tara reached out to me offering a helping hand when I had posted a post about homes for sale, and I am SO GLAD that she did! She is so easy to work with. Tara is all about making sure you are happy with the home you are purchasing. She listens to your wants/needs and doesnt pressure you into something that youre not interested in. Any decision you make, she supports you all the way. She made the entire process personable and fun. Any questions or concerns that I had, she addressed it right away and was quickly responsive. She represented both parties during this process (seller and buyer) and it went very smooth. We all worked together flawlessly.

ZillowVERIFIED Having had some experiences with other agents through Zillow where I felt they were just unprofessional or unresponsive, I can say resoundingly that Tara was the opposite. In fact, I would even say that finding her was like striking gold. Definitely the feeling that the universe used Zillow as the portal to connect us which led to her connecting me to the perfect place. I could truly go on for paragraphs about how she went above and beyond, every step of the way throughout the buying process. When I was in moments of worry and concern she masterfully helped me to shift and gain better understanding. Moreover, she introduced me to some of the coolest places and people in the area of my purchase. If I could give 10 stars for her exceptional assistance, I would. I am here. **********

ZillowVERIFIED Tara was awesome to work with and helped us find our home. She was always easy to get ahold of when I had questions or requests. She has the patience of an angel for those hard to please clients like me. And I knew that whenever I had an appointment with her, she would be there exactly when she said she would. She is a very friendly and pleasant person to work with and dont worry, if you get stressed out through the process, she can find answers to what is troubling you and help you have an easy home buying experience. I highly recommend Tara Hawkins, she will get you into the home you are looking for.

ZillowVERIFIED Tara is a dream to work with! Responsive, knowledgeable , and so dedicated! Though she lives 40 minutes from where I was looking, she set aside hours at a time to show me properties I was interested in. Tara paid attention to my wants and needs . She actually slipped in the property that I ended up buying into our line up one day. I hadnt asked to see it (the pics didnt wow me on the listing ) but when we pulled up I completely fell in love! She knew my tastes and what I needed even better than I did. I recommend her every chance I get!

ZillowVERIFIED Let me start off by saying Tara is such a breath of fresh air. We started our home buying journey very frustrated and hopeless with a different agent from a different company who was really unresponsive and kept dropping the ball in a very hot sellers market. Then we found Tara. Tara is very professional, honest, hard working, and a genuinely good person. She listened to all of our needs and wants and set out to help us find the perfect house (and succeeded!). It was such a joy to go look at properties with Tara. She examined every house we toured with her like she was looking to buy it herself. Tara was able to find out the answers to every question we had about every property we toured and would update us if it was taking a little longer to get an answer than expected. Tara is EXTREMELY responsive- I am pretty sure we never waited longer than 10 minutes for a response after texting (but it was usually more like 2 minutes or less) and she always answered the phone when we called. We were able to find and buy our dream home and we owe it all to Tara! If it hadnt been for her responsiveness and impressive work ethic, we would have missed out on our forever home. I would 100% recommend her to anyone in the market for a home. Tara is such a breath of fresh air in the real estate world!

ZillowVERIFIED Tara came to us through Zillow and she did not hesitate going to work for us. It was a challenge for her because we are from out of town which made the process different. Ohios buying process was different than Pennsylvanias. She showed us several propertys in a fast moving market. Professional through the end.
