ZillowVERIFIEDWorking with Tara Dandrea has truly been one of the best experiences I?ve ever had in real estate. From the very beginning, Tara went far above and beyond anything I expected from a realtor. Her knowledge, professionalism, and dedication are unmatched, but what makes her truly special is how deeply she cares about her clients. By the end of the process, she wasn?t just my realtor ? she had become a trusted friend. Tara guided me through every step with patience, honesty, and incredible attention to detail. She always made sure I felt confident and informed in every decision, and she advocated for me in ways that made the entire process smooth and stress-free. If there was ever a question she didn?t immediately have the answer to, she never left it hanging?she always took the time to find the answer and made sure to follow up with me. That level of accountability and follow-through meant a lot and made the entire process feel very secure. One of the things I appreciated most was how comfortable she made me feel collaborating on the short-term rental aspect of the property. Tara truly values the strengths of the people she works with, and she was so supportive of my experience in the short-term rental space. Even after the sale, she continued to stay involved, ask questions, and work together to make sure everything was set up for success. That kind of support and partnership is rare in this industry. At one point after purchasing my cabin, I unfortunately had an unexpected incident happen. Tara didn?t have to get involved at that stage, but she reached out on her own to check on me and see how things were going. She even took the time to help me find a contractor to address the situation. That meant a lot to me and truly showed the kind of person she is?someone who genuinely cares about her clients long after the closing papers are signed. Tara is incredibly knowledgeable about the market, highly responsive, and genuinely invested in the success of the people she works with. If you are looking for someone who will go above and beyond, advocate for you, and treat you like family throughout the entire process, Tara Dandrea is simply the best. I?m so grateful for her dedication, professionalism, and friendship, and I?m excited to see all the success 2026 will bring. I would recommend Tara without hesitation to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
