Tara provided outstanding advice throughout the process and she even helped us negotiate my wife's dream house BELOW list in a market where nothing goes below list. Her knowledge of the area, how to negotiate and time actions are second to none. If we ever leave the house (we won't! but never say never) Tara will be the first call, for sure.

Very outgoing, very informative and friendly! She assured us we would have a buyer within 30 days and she was right! The first offer was within 3 days! Review TARA IS AMMAZING! Highly recommend her!! Tara listed & sold a probate property I was responsible for liquidating as soon as possible. She listed and had me under contract within a 10 day period!! ! I was very inexperienced with probate matters & she understood my fiduciary duties and made sure I didn?t do anything stupid that wouldn?t be in the best interest of the beneficiary I was responsible for. She had legal paperwork, I didn?t even know I needed, drawn up for two separate issues. She protected me from potentially being sued in multiple ways. She guided me to a reasonably priced lawyer to handle the eviction of the inhabitants so the home could close quickly. There were many challenges for the buyer to obtain financing due to the damage at this property & Tara still managed to have us close on time! She gave excellent and detailed advice on what I needed to repair in order to pass an FHA inspection, and through following her explicit instructions I am now rid of a massive headache of a property. She is a straight shooter in all ways & every piece of advice she gave panned out! Additionally, she was doing the job of the buyer?s realtor as well ?telling him when and what paperwork he needed to file!

She had a professional photographer come get the perfect pictures to show off our little country home! If we had any questions she had all the right answers and she knows how to work with a VA loan which can be very strict! She was being the scenes working hard while we were moving out of state. She is a huge part of the Montville Community as a parent, as a friend and on the board! If you need a realtor Tara is your lady!! Thank you so much for everything :)
