ZillowVERIFIED Tara is smart and knows her stuff. She had a perfect sense of the market and I know she kept tabs on pricing, double checking as we went to make sure we were still getting top dollar. More importantly, she knows what other people are supposed to be doing to move the process along. I'm sure there were plenty of issues i didnt have to deal with because she handled things. She reported on what was necessary which I liked and was realistic on what was happening and what to expect. But I didnt need to hear from her every day. However if I was that kind of person, I'm sure she would respond in kind, because she was always happy to spend as much time explaining things if I had an issue or question. Even in uncertain times it was stress-free because I was confident things would work out.

I reached out to her asking for assistance and spoke with her the same evening, after normal business hours (5pm). First off, this showed her dedication to assisting clients. My fiancA(C) and I were very picky with selecting our first home. After months and months of searching online and touring numerous homes, we are finally settled into our first dream home, thanks to Tara. She was with us and had our backs every step of the way. Tara always went the extra mile throughout the entire home buying process. Although we werent fully ready to buy in the beginning, she coached us for a few months until we got ready. She even checks in on us every now and then just to make sure everything is good. Customer service at its finest. We used to send Tara houses in the middle of the night, expecting her to respond the following day, but nope, she was right there for us. She fought for us every step of the way. As first time buyers this was all completely new to us and we have been through this before but with previous realtors they just didnt know how to do things properly especially with first time buyers. Tara knew how to helps us and exactly what we would need. She told us from the start the things we would need to be able to get approved for a loan and what we need to look for once approved for a loan.
