Tara guided us on everything we needed to do to list it, she had incredible pictures taken, the listing was amazing, she followed covid precautions and guidelines for us and for people viewing our home....and on the day it went live we had 3 offers all over asking price! Tara took care of all of the leg work from contract to closing. She kept us informed but didn't weigh us down with small tasks. We closed in less than 45 days for 20K over asking price!! We are so grateful to Tara and her hard work to make this happen during a pandemic!

Tara was quick to respond and happy to drive all around Aurora, Centennial, and Englewood with us to look at any property that remotely caught my eye. We found our house and she was happy to be there every step that we needed her - with the inspection, communicating with the seller, and coordinating companies to come do estimates for work that needed to be done.
