ZillowVERIFIED I CANNOT stress that Tanya and the folks at Executive Real Estate are "as good as it gets" as far as a Realtor goes (with selling a house). My situation was pretty bad, so I thought. I had moved away and rented my house, then years later the renters left and I decided to sell. The house was in pretty rough shape by then, no longer qualifying for FHA. Other realtors I talked to suggested a firesale of sorts, the whole 'as-is' method where I might even lose money in the deal. And here I was, more than a day's drive away living in another part of the world, unable to improve my situation. Then I randomly called Tanya at Executive Real Estate (who I didn't know from a hole in the ground), and she spoke with me confidently, forthrightly, and within 5 minutes she told me how it's all going to go down... and that she was going to get xxx (about 15% more) for my house. I admit my eyes were a little wide, so I went with it. But if it didn't sell, I'm obviously paying multiple mortgages/utilities until it does."But what about all the things we need to do to fix it up?" -- "I'll handle it"She had a strategy, and executed it... Like an attack-dog in my camp, she brought (dragged?) people through my place and showed it off. All the places she advertised it all went on at the right time, with the right words, the right pictures, etc -- and called me the FIRST DAY with the right offer exactly matching what she said she'd get, which was already far more than anyone else said was possible. I was floored! But my story wasn't done.The house still had a lot of problems. It had to qualify FHA, and the inspection turned up more issues. I was hopelessly out-of-state, but Tanya handled all of it. Lined up the right people to take care of all the problems-- even up to the day of closing. All with the same confident and direct manner of speaking that convinced me that she was the right place for my trust. And then we closed successfully, probably within two months of me first calling her.As an addendum, all the while she was working with me, making me feel like I was the only thing on her plate, she was closing on other houses (she had called me sometimes driving to or from other closings). It was truly something to behold, and I'm kinda meh on other realtors where I live now because she set the bar so high. And I've never even met her!If your world requires a Realtor, Tanya (and the folks at Executive Real Estate) is the right person -- ACTIVE, aggressive, resourceful, dynamite!
