Tanya sold our home in two days of the listing and OVER ASK. She saw the value in our home when others low balled the listing. She brings a ton of experience and resources to the table. ZillowVERIFIEDWhen I first met Tanya, she came to my home. She came off as a no it all. She told me she would have home sold in three weeks. The first three weeks of the listing she had only 2 people look at home. The last 2 weeks no one. I got a hold of Tanya to tell her to take the home off the market, and she proceeded in threatening to take me to court if I sold the home. I had told her I wasn't going to be selling it. She persisted on telling me she would take me to court if I sold the house. Told her I was not selling it and to stop contacting me. She was pushy rude and very confrontational. I would not recommend her to anyone.
