In my past I have used a few different agents and I was floored with Tanya Pekrul when we moved from up north. We gave her the dates we would be in town to look and she had everything ready to go when we met her. She is extremely knowledgeable in what she does, she is professional and was extremely patient with us in our search. We were quite picky on what we were looking for and she spent the time and energy to find us our new dream home.
