As a first-time, single, senior seller, I had no knowledge of all the possibilities involved is selling my long-time home. Tanya knew what I wanted to accomplish and helped with every step. Covid19 hit one week after our first meeting...screeching every step to a halt. Time was important, but she kept me apprised and suggested lots of suggestions to make the property more sellable. She was so prompt when able to show the house and we went through everything very rapidly. I was most happy and she was able to help get all the details and keep me (and the buyers) safe!
