I learned my hard work ethic in the US Navy straight out of high school as a Hospital Corpsman. I earned a scholarship and studied radiologic sciences, then traveled while working as an MRI technologist. For the next 17 years, I was lucky to be an Air Force spouse. I handled over a dozen relocations. Six countries and just as many states. I earned a Ph.D. in moving. I encountered many great agents and some not so great. I know what it takes to give you a smooth and successful real estate transaction. Lastly, I know that homes matter. Ms. Tanya Kerr did a phenomenal job to quickly sell my home. From start to finish, she proved herself to be a top producing real estate agent with extensive knowledge of the real estate market.
