Tanya does her job well. The term going the "extra mile" isa minimum for her. She listened to our issues, concerns and desires for selling our home and offered sage advice for us to consider. When we first interviewed Tanya we were both impressed with her straight-forward approach and advising us what is most important in a no-nonsense manner. We were impressed with how quickly she arranged to have everything set up, from photographer to the listing. The quality of the phots listed were excellent. She walked us through the offer on our home and helped us in each step of the process. There were a couple of glitches that we were concerned about with some paperwork that was done on the home. She dug into the issue and within two hours found that we presented information accurately. Her experience with the myriad agencies and paperwork process kept our slae proceeding without any delays in our closing.We were so impressed with her expertise and friendly manner that we also hired her to sell our duplex. By this time we had moved out of state. Again, her expertise and understanding of the market and the contacts for contractors who can handle an issue quickly were key to getting the duplex sold. She also negotiated fairly and helpfully for our needs to accomplish the sale. She worked patiently with our tenants and worked hard to be sensitive to their needs as well.Words that come to mind that describe her include: integrity, professional, friendly. We appreciate her work and would highly recommend her for selling a home or commercial property. My wife and I both believe we gained a friend in the process.

I would 100% recommend Tanya for your real estate needs. She represented us as the sellers of a property. To summarize - working with Tanya has been most certainly a pleasure. A true pro at her profession and most importantly we just plain liked her style, grace guiding us through the entire process and her integrity acting in our best interest as well the respect and consideration for the new buyers - we found a great friend in the process.Initial interview of 5 realtors, Tanya was head and shoulders the best choice. From strategy, marketing to listing she was right on the mark.
