ZillowVERIFIED A little over a year ago my wife and I moved to Temple and used another agent. That experience wasn't so good, so I went looking for a new agent for a manufactured home I was selling in the Moffat area. There was a bit of luck involved, but we both feel like we found the best agent in Tanya. Not only did she seem very professional and knowledgeable from the very beginning, but she proved it many times over throughout the process. It started with helping us set the price where we would get top dollar and sell quickly. She also knew to make sure that I got the certifications I needed for selling a manufactured home, so that there were no delays during negotiations. She had great contacts in the industry for the extras that popped up like getting the roof replaced. And when the buyers started running into problems with their lender, she knew how to guide us through the process and help us decide how we should move forward with confidence. As a bonus, she was great at using all the modern conveniences from signing documents online, texting, using email, etc. Basically, she could do it all. I plan on definitely using her services again, and highly recommend her.
