Cant say enough goodness about Tanner. Id found Clearview on a random search, as we werent local, and Im so glad I did! We found the one in Warwick, NY over the holidays but were coordinating the escrow/closing process from the west coast. Tanner made it seamless for us: communicated the whole way through, hung with us through a tedious closing process due to some seriously flaky attorneys on the seller side, and served as our ambassador when we couldnt be there. Tanner took it to the finish line for us, and even post-close, has remained readily available for anything we might need. HIGHLY recommend!
